30, FLIRTY AND THRIVING. 🎉 I realise that a lot of people dread getting older. However, I think it’s important to embrace age. After all, here are 30 ways my life has changed for the better now that I’m 30: 1. I drink less often; therefore, I’m hungover less often. 🍷
2. I appreciate my body now than ever & want to look after it.
3. I know my food intolerances so I can avoid them.
4. I know what I need to eat to make my body feel nourished.
5. I’m much better at saying “no” to things.
6. I can count my true friends on one hand — and that’s ok!
7. I don’t see my friends too often but the time we spend together is golden. ❤️
8. I know exactly what I want from life.
9. The relationship that I have with myself is better than ever.
10. I’m a lot kinder to myself than I used to be.
11. I’ve learned to embrace my flaws.
12. I’ve realised that if someone doesn’t like me, that’s their business. 💁🏼‍♀️
13. I’ve learned that it’s best to walk away from toxic people. They never change.
14. I now know the secret to managing my mental health — exercise! 🏃‍♀️
